After combing the shoreline for shells and having no luck, I realised I may be looking in the wrong place and finally found some lovely limpet shells. To me, these represent courage and strength in the face of adversity, sticking to your deep rooted morals in the positive. In the negative they can represent stubborness and an unwillingness to let go. 

I also got chance to tie a wind knot, I wrote a spell about a week ago to recite when I tied it, I forgot to take a copy, but I miraculously remembered it! Was great feeling using my first self-written spell. I’d be happy to share if anyone is interested, there’s also a second spel for releasing the winds
